  1. Hi all, I have a Dave-F Induction kit for sale. Please do some research on this legendary induction kit. The kit replaces the original airbox and consists of a metal heatshield a pipe that connects to the MAF and of course a cone filter. I had purchased a new cone filter less than 6 months ago - so this looks like new. I am looking for £100 - cash on collection. I am based in Wembley, very close to the Ace Cafe. I can help fit it, if necessary. If you are interested please drop me a message and I can send you pictures etc - I'm not sure how to upload them here.
  2. Well, no response so played it safe and went with Slick 5's
  3. Hello, Just wondering if any members have upgraded the front speakers in their coupe to Vibe Slick 6 Comps and if they required adapters or of there were any clearance issues. Any guidance would be appreciated. Regards Mr_Beemer
  4. Hi mboon, I removed the switch - I have the maroon/red switch base. I have electric folding mirrors with memory. I havent had the chance to remove the door panel or mirror as of yet, perhaps on the weekend. Did your car have the maroon/red switch base? When you say the ribbon gets caught between the door and mirror, whereabouts? Did you manage to find the break in the ribbon and repair this? Thank you for your help and sorry about the additional questions. I have read about people suffering from broken ribbon related issues, but posts dont say how the issue was resolved. I would imagine it is possible to solder any breaks in the ribbon. Regards Mr_Beemer
  5. Hello, I have a Facelift 2003 330ci and my powerfold mirrors have stopped working. I cannot adjust the angle of either the drivers or passenger mirror and they do not fold up. The passenger side mirror auto dips when the car is placed in reverse - regardless of whether the passenger or drivers side mirror has been selected using the switch. I have checked the fuse (no:57) and this is fine. I think it could be the switch (red/purple base). I have done a search and could find any previous posts where such symptoms were encountered and the issue rectfied. I was wondering if anyone else has had a similar issue and managed to resolve it. Any advice would be most appreciated. Regards Mr_Beemer
  6. I have a set of genuine MV2's on my E46 at present and was wondering if someone might be interesting in swapping. I'm looking for 18" wheels only, with tyres ideally, OEM or aftermarket - but not MV1's and can pay cash on top depending on what you have. My wheels are in fairly good condition, with some curbing around the rims. No cracks, buckles or repairs. Bridgestone and Continental tyres with plenty of tread. Please not the MV2's are currently on my car hence I am looking to swap and not sell at this point in time. Happy to send pictures of the wheels if anyone is interested. Regards Mr_Beemer

  8. Vehicle Description BMW 325ci M Sport Auto E46 Coupe. This is a 2001 (Y reg) car finished in gleaming Titan Silver with a black leather interior and black carbon cube trim, sitting on genuine BMW E46 Style 32 18 inch wheels. The car is a real head turner and looks and runs superbly This is a luxury sports coupe with legendary BMW build quality and reliability that can comfortably seat 4 adults, provides plenty of room for luggage in the boot and provides excellent fuel economy. I have owned the car since July 2013 and I am the 3rd registered owner. I purchased the car with just over 56k on the clock and it currently has covered just under 63k, however this will increase slightly as the car is used daily. This is a genuine low mileage car with plenty of history and old MOT's to verify this. Features Metallic Titan Silver Full black leather interior Black Carbon Cube interior trim (in excellent condition) Genuine BMW Rear Spoiler (AC Schnitzer Style) Black Grills Clubsport style front splitters LED Angel Eyes 18 inch Genuine BMW Style 32 Alloy Wheels (recently refurbed, still in excellent condition) Aftermarket Facelift style rear LED Lights Kenwood BT92SD Stereo CD/MP3/USB/SD with Bluetooth and Ipod connectivity (original cassette player also available and original CD changer still connected) HPI Clear geunine 3 owner, low mileage car Vehicle Condition Bodywork The bodywork is in excellent condition for a car of this age, completely rust free with gleaming silver paintwork. There are couple of very tiny car park dings that can only be noticed when right up close to the car I tried to picture these but they are hardly visible. The car has been fitted with a genuine BMW MTEC rear spoiler. I replaced the original MV1 wheels that were fitted to the car when I purchased it as they were quite corroded, with genuine BMW E46 Style 32 wheels. The are staggered (8J on front and 8.5J rears) and are the exact same dimensions as the original MV1 wheels. The wheels were refurbished when I bought then and are still in excellent condition with a small curb mark on the drivers front wheel. The car has matching Uniroyal tyres with plenty of tread on them. I upgraded the rear lights with aftermarket facelift style LED units a few months ago - these really smarten up the car. I have also fitted LED angel eyes to the headlights which can be used as DRL's. The car is also fitted with black front grills and Clubsport style spiltters which give it a sporty, more aggressive look. The grills can be changed and splitters can be removed very easily if they are not to the new owners taste. I also recently replaced the chrome exhaust pipe trims. Interior The car has a full black leather interior, this is in really good condition, however the stitching on the drivers side, right bolster is a little loose. The black carbon cube interior trim is immaculate and the dashboard plastics are mark and scratch fee. The steering wheel is slightly worn but no rips or tears. I have upgraded the stereo from the original BMW cassette player to a Kenwood CD/MP3/USB/SD, IPOD compatible headunit which also has Bluetooth connectivity and allows for handsfree calls. I have also upgraded all of the speakers to Infinity units and the result is a crystal clear, powerful and altogether more modern sound system that still works with the steering wheel controls. Mechanicals The car has only covered 63,000 miles and has been maintained regardless of cost whilst in my ownership, it runs like a dream. I had the car serviced earlier this year with an oil, oil filter, fuel filer, pollen filter, BMC performance panel air filter and new plugs. In my ownership I have also replaced the battery, alternator, Crankshaft Position Sensor (common fault), Crank Case Ventilation Valve (common fault), Air intake hoses (common fault), drivers and passengers door lock actuators (common fault), screenwasher motor. The car has been well cared for and has a wonderful, smooth, sporty drive with the majority of common issues that arise with an E46 coupe having been taken care of. The car is keenly priced and reasonable offers will be considered. I am forced to sell due to a change in circumstances, I am in no rush to sell and would keep the car if it were possible. Terms of Sale The car is located in Twickenham (can also be viewed in Wembley) and will be sold upon the new buyer viewing it. The car will be sold as seen with no warranty and the buyer will have to collect. If a test drive is required the buyer must provide proof of insurance when viewing and will be accompanied by the seller on a short test drive. Payment terms can be discussed but bank transfer is the preferred method of payment. Under the new Road Tax scheme the car will need to be taxed by the buyer upon purchase. Not sure how to post pictures on here but the listing can be viewed here:http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/151486479261?ssPageName=STRK:MESELX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1555.l2649 Further pictures available on request. I am a genuine seller, please see my feedback for reassurance. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate in contacting me on: 07792071693
  9. Keep an eye out on Gumtree, most stolen bicycles end up on there
  10. Have you replaced the whole CCV? I had the same issue and it was one of the CCV pipes that was cracked.
  11. Thanks for that Bungers. I could have got hold of one fairly cheap, but think I'll be better off taking my current wheel to Jack at Royals.
  12. Think it might be a single stage, does that mean it won't fit?
  13. Like this one: http://m.ebay.co.uk/itm/281395390728?nav=SEARCH
  14. It's the tri colour stitched type - doesn't have a round airbag. It's different to the E46 sport wheel, will try to post a picture
  15. Hello guys, Hoping someone can let me know for sure if I'll be able to fit an E39 sport wheel onto an E46? Not sure the airbag fitting is the same
