Massive spec in both standard form and modified form. This is a very fast and capable car however is also still economical when needed This example has been very well looked after and wants for nothing, It has a fully comprehensive and extensive servicing history to say the least, totalling thousands. B12 dampers paired with hartge springs Z4 rear top mounts with reinforcement plates Interior; Royal steering wheel upgraded steering wheel with extra padding Exterior; Black kidney grills Braking; Goodridge braided lines all round ATE blue fluid Ferrodo ds2500 pads all round Other; The Subframe mounting points have been reinforced using redish motorsport weld in reinforcement plates to stand up to vast amount of torque this car has. The boot floor cracking is very common on the e46 m3s and e46 chassis so at over double the torque my 330d has I thought it wise to do this as preventative maintenance. I have Fully powerflex bushed the car and now handles brilliantly alongside all the suspension work it's had. Car Maintenance: I have recently replaced the complete front passenger side wing with a New genuine bmw wing due to the common issue of rust bubbling Since my ownership my car has always been run on shell V-Power ultimate diesel I change the oil & filter myself every 6k miles (last few years it’s been every 6 months as I dont even do 6k through the year now) Always use a ll04 fully synth oil and always use genuine filters. I do this in between the Bmw servicing schedules. Gearbox oil, Fuel filter, vortex crank case filter,Diff fluid and Coolant have all been refreshed and changed inbetween last services. Just had an inspection 1 service and next service due is an oil service Airbag recall has been done at Bmw in Watford New BMW battery New LCM (light control module) Recent New discs and pads all round Both oem thermostats replaced ABS sensor has been replaced Glow plugs and glow relay have been replaced New Power steering hose replaced and power steering fluid changed as there was a slight leak last year Starter motor removed and reconditioned by roleson rewinds in London.(solenoid found to be at fault) as I was having difficulty starting Crankshaft position sensor changed whilst starter motor was off (same area as starter motor so did this anyway) Every single important and common fault has been addressed on this car and I have receipts for pretty much every item I’v ever purchased down to nuts and bolts. I honestly dare not to add it all up! You will not find a better e46 to this spec and standard. Exterior: Generally in brilliant condition,a well cared for example. Has a few stone chips and a few small marks here and there as can be expected Interior: Car has always been very well looked after by myself. There's Small wear on driver bolster as usual but in general the car is a very very tidy example Being completely honest there are a few minor things I can fault the car on which are: -stone chip on windscreen (passengers side) -passenger electric mirror is intermittent it still dips and moves back up after reverse function but sometimes gets stuck when mirrors folded up. -no air con pump as removed for e90 turbo setup. I Still have the aircon pump and all necessary parts to revert back which will be included in sale. I have priced car accordingly I have owned this for over 6 years now,and have covered 60k + miles myself. I have pretty much every receipt ever spent on it in my ownership,all 4 original keys and all original manuals - Inspections are welcome I'd prefer an enthusiast to own this, and enjoy this car like I have done as this is my pride and joy Priced to sell at £6,450 but I am open to sensible offers Test pilots welcome if they have proof of fully comp insurance for MY car.   3. I am selling my RTD short shifter. It's brand new. I have applied 1 layer of carbon collective sealant for a little protection. Anodised Black, mini, non-locking V2 selling due to selling my car before ever fitting. Mini version sits 300mm height above the tunnel To Fit E30, E36, E46 (No trimming required) E82 (Minimal trimming and custom RTD DSSR required - additional cost) I bought this through Pete sidwell @ PSDesigns only a few months back. These are around £470 with the import tax and a 4-6 week lead time. I am after £400 delivered (recorded delivery) or you are welcome to collect from St Albans for £385 ***SOLD***

  5. It's a real shame, CPC in Amersham is a good location for me on the way to work to drop off the car if I was to use them and you can see by the amount of bmws outside that they get a lot of work however I will never use them again after that.
  6. AVOID**.. First of all I had my car booked in for some work with CPC,I'd done a bit of reaserch on forums etc and CPC came recommended. I used to use birds garage in iver but moved to St. Albans so was a little far for me to travel. Anyway I was getting my new turbo and cast iron manifold fitted to my Bmw 3.0D .I was booked in first thing for when they opened to which I'd drop my car on the way to work where I would have a courtesy car waiting for me,Jump in the courtesy car and go straight to work for 8am. This was all booked up in advance about 2 weeks prior to this date. Day of car drop off I get there, and after abit of confusion I have no car for me to use. So benefit of the doubt I rescheduled for another time. 2weeks later get booked in again, drop car off on way to work ,again no courtesy car. abit annoyed now ,we arranged for me to swing by after work where they assured me the car would be available. Drive by after work and swapped cars. Great.. I had all the relevant parts in the boot of the car and was purely after the labour for them to fit everything. I am competent and know the e46 pretty well so I know what was involved but due to 6day weeks at work I just didn't have the time to do it myself. CPC quoted my iirc around £280-£300 for the work. I thought this was reasonable and agreed to the work. I believe the car was dropped to cpc on a Tuesday in the end and was told it would be ready by Thursday. Perfect. Well after I didn't hear back from them on Thursday I gave them a quick call Friday mid morning and was told the car wasn't ready and that phill would be working late to get it finished and would be ready possibly Saturday for collection. (By the confusion over the phone to what my car was /work being carried out) it sounded like they had forgotten all about it as was parked around the side of there building) hence Phil would work late/ into weekend to get it done. Anyway Saturday came and went after calling in the morning with no answer on the phone. Again being a nice guy and not wanting to kick up a fuss I gave them benefit of the doubt as I know it's quite a popular garage for bmws and can get busy at times. Another call on Monday confirmed my thinking and was told my car wasn't ready yet. I was starting to lose patients and faith in these guys now as they came recommended to me. Tuesday came and went, Wednesday came and went and finally around 3pm Thursday I gave them a call after not hearing anything from them with the meaning to say "stop the work I'm collecting as is", even if I have to sort a tow home and pay for what I owe. I'll finish it myself When I called I was told Ah sir your car is ready for collection now the boys have literally just finished. Great I thought. About time. Anyway when asking for the total bill payable i was given a massive slap in the face of a total bill for. Wait for it.... £814.72!!!! ARE YOU SERIOUS??! I'm fuming at this point. I was told over the phone that one of my injectors was faulty and was replaced at an additional cost of £177.22+VAT. Which is on top of work carried out at around £500 odd NOT the quoted price of £280-£300. Also Asking for the old injector back I was told that its an exchange basis (so now I can't see proof it was actually changed) I also explained that I can't pay that bill. I don't have that kind of money to hand as I was originally told it would be £300 max. After arguing and complaining that they had not called me to see if I was ok to go ahead with the work before it was carried out Basically came to the conclusion that I had to pay it or wasn't getting my car back as this is what was owed !!! Begrudgingly I Payed over the phone using my credit card I believe in the end. My keys and car where left over the road at the kwick fit and I returned the courtesy car after work and posted keys through their letter box. This was in April this year (2015) now in October after taking engine cover off cleaning I noticed diesel leak in engine by injectors. Taking my car to another garage down the road they diagnosed a leaking injector..guess which one? You got it the one CPC replaced !! Plus the injector replaced by them is out of tolerance and is not functioning correctly so will have to be replaced. I don't particularly like giving bad feedback and have refrained up until now. The faulty new injector was the last straw. I have advised people I know ,family and friends to avoid CPC if they can and think they were a total disappointment and unprofessional and possibly even fraudulent. and will never use them again.
