  1. No one has any ideas? :/
  2. Hi, yes I'm yet another person with a window fault, but my fault doesn't quite align with anyone else's symptoms. (Coupe) So my passenger window: Goes down correctly using the switch Goes down correctly when opening the door Now it.. Doesn't always return up when the door is closed, and when it does, it doesn't return the full height Doesn't one-press up - I've tried the window coding trick but nothing The first click on the window switch does nothing when pulling up, but the second notch does the first notches job, hold to raise When I hold the unlock button down on the key to open all windows, it opens but slower than on the drivers side When I hold the lock button all windows close apart from the passenger window. Doesn't move an inch. I've been told this isn't the regulator or it wouldn't move at all. It isn't the door switch as the interior lights come on, and the window sometimes goes up but not the entire distance. I've been told the runners do not need greasing as they are fine. I've been quoted £60 + VAT per hour to find out what the hell is wrong with it. Google has no results that help me. Thanks in advance
  3. I went with LED as my headlights are stuck together with resin, took the best part of 4-5 hours to install so didn't want to have to replace.
  4. Thanks for the guide, very helpful. Going to sort out a dimming relay (for when headlights are on) soon once I find out what specified current my eyes run on, they're not the one from your post
  5. Looking at purchasing Angel Eyes and I've noticed a few comments on either CCFL or SMD lights I've heard some people say that CCFL's look better in the dark but SMD during the day, but which is better? Also do these fit a facelift coupe? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/RGB-LED-Angel-Eyes-Wifi-remote-android-iOS-HALO-RINGS-E46-COUPE-FACELIFT-/181668213039
  6. Gotta wait till February time to buy a new one though as insurance will go up, gonna get a 325 me thinks

If anyone knows whether I'd need a third party cage from above to fit the radio answers would be appreciated Thanks
  8. I have to admit, I'm very tempted by the OEM silver
  9. I'm going to get my 32's refurbished, I'm contemplating on the colour. The car is Topaz Blue, and I'm considering both the original silver, or anthracite grey - I think black is too dark on the car.

Also on the relocation panel, would I need 18mm or 16mm? The only button on there is an ASC button Edit: It's 18mm, cycled over to car and measured (y)

I'm going to go with the Parrot. Will I need the cage to fit it also or does the one supplied work? http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-3-Series-E46-Car-Stereo-Double-Din-Fascia-Surround-Trim-Panel-CT23BM07-/350523188291?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item519ccf6443 vs http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/BMW-3-Series-E46-Double-Din-Fascia-Panel-Adapter-Plate-Trim-Cage-Fitting-Kit-/370924923649?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&fits=Plat_Gen%3AE46&hash=item565cd92b01 Also with this second one, does it look better with the centred radio or slightly offset? (centred) http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CT23BM07-BMW-3-Series-E46-1998-05-Car-Stereo-Double-Din-Fascia-ISO-Aerial-Kit-/251474645305?pt=UK_In_Car_Technology&hash=item3a8d0e9139
  12. I did it myself in the end. To clarify it's the lift that grabs on the jacking points. I forgot my locking wheel nut key so I had to work around the wheel Also, now my O/S front ball joint is fubar, how hard is a wishbone to replace?
