  1. Expert wheel advice please...

I am currently planning on putting winters on my 32's and then getting some 19" CSL's for the decent weather. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  2. Intro and Clubsport Discussion

I bought mine 2 years ago from a friend of a friend. He had owned it from new and had not really driven it much so it only had 37,500 miles on it but it still needed a bit of TLC. I paid £6k for it and even now, 2 years later it only has 46k miles on it. Don't think the price will be that different from a normal 330 but the low mileage and condition should keep the price up. I wouldn't worry about putting miles on it because cars like this need to be used and will run much better with regular use. There isn't much difference between a Clubsport and a 330ci so you will always get the knobs who say it's just a 330 with some tinsel on it which it basically is. But the colour really stands out and people who don't really know what a Clubsport is, can still tell it's something a bit different. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  3. Intro and Clubsport Discussion

I saw this car advertised. Looks really clean and well looked after. As far as I am aware I think some people call it a Clubsport and some an M Clubsport but it's the same car. I may be corrected but a Clubsport is a Clubsport. Mine is a facelift with the half leather interior and 6 speed manual. I swapped the wheels because I was offered some lovely 32's for a great price and they really suit the car. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. I had the same problem on my Z4. It could be a number of things. If you google it you should find a few. One of them could be a build up of grease inside the motor which causes the wiper to 'miss' one of the wipes in the sequence. I had mine stripped down and cleaned and it solved it for a short time but soon returned. I also swapped out the relay and that didn't fix it either. It was one of the reasons I sold the car along with a few other problems that BMW would not admit were faults. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. How many miles has your E46 done?

My '05 Clubsport is currently on 45,000. All genuine, 1 previous owner. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. Have to agree - are they a known weak spot? My drive is on a slope (downwards) and I wouldn't dare just hold it on the handbrake. Both my E46 have had weak handbrakes. And I have had 2 E36's and they were also a bit weak. My mate is a BMW mechanic and he says they are not their strongest point. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. E46 Pick-Up

    How about a 635csi version?
  8. They do make the car look sharper and give it a more modern look. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. New Top Gear

The car segments were fine. It was the studio links and the challenges that seemed strained. My favourite was the Aston Martin Vulcan (even though you can't drive it in this country). What a beast. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Get them from Halfords in store. 501 fitment. As long as it has CANbus then you won't get warning light. £15. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. Just the normal 3w ones. I got the camera directly on the beam so it looks brighter. Defo brighter and cleaner light than old bulb. About the same as a modern cars driving lights. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Hi. I have an 05 facelift coupe. Would the Halfords LED's be ok for the front?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Yeah, same as my car bud Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Spot on. [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. Fitted some much needed new wiper blades and also put in some LED sidelights. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  14. That's the fitment mate, 501 is a side light bulb Cheers. I assumed it was but thought it better to check. Thanks. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  15. Hi. I have an 05 facelift coupe. Would the Halfords LED's be ok for the front?Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Yeah, same as my car bud Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk One more dumb question. I have no knowledge of LED's. In the photo of the boxes, what's the difference in the numbers on the boxes. One is 501 and the other 239. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
