I've had the 1st stage of my mapping done now by George Galshvili, he also suggested that I vent to atmosphere when running boost. The M56 valve cover is probably the best option, but again on high boost applications I think it too will be I overwhelmed. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  4. Cup Holders and Armrests...??

Ah yes I see, you don't have the coin holder though, so those with the coin holder only need the cup holders. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  5. Cup Holders and Armrests...??

You only need 8. The sliding tray literally pulls out, then the cup holder pops in. 9,10,11 are for centre console without armrest. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Christ I didn't think of that, so lucky really. All sorted now and running like a champ again. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Totally gutted as the drive was new last year too. This is the cap that split under the excessive pressure. Spent all of today cleaning up the car and the drive, ripped off the PCV too. Would of been fine on a N/A car though. Anyway, have gone back to the catch can and all is good [emoji108] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Well my plans turned into an utter mess, top tip for anyone, don't work on your cars when your extremely tired. I fitted the PCV valve Capped off the dipstick return from the old CCV, spent ages removing all the old CCV bits, capped off the super charger intake vacuum port. Started it up, let it run for a few minutes, backed it out the garage whilst revving it up a bit and noticed an almighty oil slick the length of my drive Turns out I had totally overlooked the fact that on boost I had now totally sealed the crankcase, this in turn had split the cap I had fitted onto the dipstick return and oil was pissing out of it like a hosepipe. 13. Hawks, Clubsport, Better pics.

BMW offer the kidney grills in black too mate, I went with OE chrome, about £100 but as you say the fit is perfect. Link for those EURO tips, I want them, looks the nuts [emoji108] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Yeah I've read up on that cover already, not a viable option cost wise. Going to fit a PCV valve from another Turbo Charged car, been looking at Subaru Impreza ones, then just plumb it in like you have Tazman, the JEEP one you have is fine but not sure it'll work in a boosted application. 15. Super Charging build thread.

I pulled the rocket cover today to see what goes on under it, there's another sealed box within the cover you can't access without breaking it open. I'm guessing it's a series of direction changes for the oil vapour to collect on, I managed to stuff a load of stainless steel scorer in it and it doesn't seem to have affect how much effort I needed to blow through it with my mouth, not very scientific I know lol I'm going to fit a PCV valve as Tazman has and see how it goes, also going to get another rocker cover so I can bust this chamber open and see if I can improve on anything.
