    Has always been the plan to keep it looking as stock as possible, I’m even raising the ride height back to stock too. And yes, it’s should embarrass most super cars, and be snapping at the heels of any hyper cars. The build has the potential to hit 800+bhp, will need a bigger turbo and injectors for that, and some further fueling mods, buts that’s all for 2019 [emoji6] 2020 I turn 40, I have an iron block ready for a 1000hp build, but that’s another storey Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    I’d hate to think of total cost, all the little bits like clips, V bands, hoses all start adding up fast. Let’s just say it’s not cheap, could of easily bought an M3 with the build cost.     It’s up running and on the road. Haven’t fitted front mud flaps yet as will be giving the paint a machine polish. Now it’s a painful 500+ miles of 0 boost and low RPM’s of running in to be done before the tuning can commence Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Honestly this HX35 hybrid will be more than enough for what I need, the stock ECU can do launch control, but again I won’t use that, and as good as anti lag sounds, I would look like a bit of a plonker waiting to leave the Shell petrol station [emoji23] Appreciate the info though.     Been busy doing lots of little things, finished wiring up the HPX blow though MAF And really got stuck into the welding (not me but hired help) I had purchased a DIRENZA stainless exhaust from eBay, fully expecting the fit to be terrible, but looks the part and will save a lot of fabrication time. And I was right, the hangers were to short on the rear silencer and it was pulled up tight to the rear valance, touches the fuel tank, didn’t clear the gearbox cross member, and was generally terrible. But some chopping, cutting welding and a few hours later all was good. Staggered the exhaust tips too, and also brought them closer together as the supplied tips made it look goofy Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    I’m looking into shimming drivers side up a bit, there’s about 3mm from steering coupler, and 8mm from chassis leg so that’s ok with the poly mounts as they are pretty solid anyway. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Doesn’t look like I’ve enough room to get a 90 bend on the front of the turbo, with headlight fitted I’ve about 2.5” Going to look into a custom K&N or may just end up with a Turbo Guard screen. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Thanks guy, I’ve beenlook no into exhausts, and no it’s not going straight out the Bonnet lol Like it looking stock, and after looking into the cross sectional areas of a single 3” and a dual 2” The formula to work out cross section is π X R2 So for a 3" the CSA (cross sectional area) is; π X (1.5 X 2) = 9.42"^2 For 2" it is π X (1x2) = 6.28"^2 With twin exhaust it would be 12.56"^2 Quite a difference [emoji6] So I’m going twin [emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Getting closer to actually starting it up now, just need to make up some intercooler pipes, a full exhaust and a couple of other tweaks. Made a few more changes to the M50 manifold in the hope of keeping heat soak to a minimum It’s all very tight, had to use a large hammer and install some designer dents but it’s in [emoji108][emoji106] Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
