It's got power to it relay working properly pump has been dry tested all ok but no not priming nothing at all ! Do they need purging ??

That's what I thought so it's now got a new pump ??? tearing my hair out !

Hi I'm new to this and the e46 ! Ive got a 330 which was running ok until it ran out of fuel Now it cranks over but no fuel getting to the rail and no pressure. Have looked around online tried recommended fuse 54 and cluster under bonnet common problem apparently. Also changed relay with horn one and checked pump there is power to it when turning over and have tested and replaced pump still nothing I'm at a loss now if anyone has any suggestions I'd be most grateful??
