  1. Logging back on today really makes me want to just keep it... decisionsssssss
  2. Nice bit of jeopardy build up in that post mate... pleased to read 'all fixed now' though lol
  3. This thread was the first one I found and this car was the deciding factor to my buying of an e46
  4. Oh my.. that looks awesome. Great work dude
  5. love the attention to detail on this build
  6. Love the white - where about in Malta are you? I have friends in Naxar
  7. It's bitter sweet to be honest, work have now provided a car allowance to cover fuel/tax/insurance etc. Which is awesome BUT their caveat is the car must be sub 6 years old so, here's the autotrader link should anyone be interested https://www.autotrader.co.uk/classified/advert/201810171589037#
  8. Reluctantly, my e46 has to go and I'm gutted about it but if anyone's interested send me a pm
  9. OK I will keep looking and thanks mate I'm sure I'll take you up on that.
  10. Sounds like a good idea. Do you still have your yellow-ish Angel Eyes by the way? I don't want to start a new angel eye thread because there's been so many but I am struggling to find a set that look OEM. I don't want bright white/blue looking rings. My car is also pre-facelift so I think I'm looking for CCFL? Is that right?
  11. Weirdly, the lights went off today! Driving 'enthusiastically' this morning with the kick down up to about 6k RPM and as soon as I lifted the lights went out. So I pulled over, took the key out the ignition and waited a bit before carrying on and touch wood, it's not come back, so I think a sticky speed sensor is likely to be the cause. I'll look into it more when I get back from holiday in a couple of weeks time but for now I'm pleased, perhaps I just didn't give it enough of a boot-full after cleaning the sensors at the weekend.
  12. Been a bit quiet recently... still troubleshooting DSC problems. I've now had all the wheel speed sensors out and cleaned them. Replaced the allen bolts. Keyed the contact for a better earth. Been for a drive up to 45mph.... bloody lights still on. My cheapo fault reader isn't finding anything so I think it'll have to go to BMW. Other than the above, she's been driving lovely if it wasn't for the annoying light I'd probably leave the dsc off. Bought a magnetic wireless phone charger mount and a tape to aux connection... 15 quid job to play my own music until funds allow for an andoid unit.👍
  13. I like this a lot, big fan of the colour, looked at one very similar before buying mine (your interior is in far better shape than the one I looked at) Let us know if you make a decision on the Android head unit, I've been back and forth on that idea for some time but I think I'll be going for this https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B07DNT7K9Q/?coliid=I2S7TVG9EXMSVP&colid=3M15M9UN14ZZ7&psc=1&ref_=lv_ov_lig_dp_it
