Error Codes 4152 And 410C

Recommended Posts

Hi does anyone know what these codes correspond to; 4152 and 410C. I've just ran a check out of curiosity so I'm not sure how old they are and have just reset them to see if they re-occur. Either way I'm I would like to know what they mean however neither a search on here or google has been too fruitful.

As always any help is much appreciated :)

Aah yeah just realised you have a diesel - they don't have diesel E46 models in USA so they don't list the codes for them!

Both of the codes point towards swirl flaps, so yep i would suggest removing/blanking them ASAP to avoid needing your engine rebuilt!

I should think its been done when it was M3ed. They might have removed the motor that controls the flaps completely, leading to that open circuit error.

I just removed the flaps themselves so the motor is still there doing its thing

complete guess tho lol

Good point but always worth checking either way!
