A decat and aggressive remap should see you over the 200bhp and 400nm mark.

From there your going to be looking at bigger injectors, FMIC and a hybrid turbo coupled with a custom map but that will cost a fair wack and I'm not sure what performance gains there will be.

Alternatively, you could use a nitrous kit. According to the wizards of nos forum these work exceptionally well with remapped cars. I'm currently looking into this set-up.

first decat then remapp , after that you can change turbo ( I can tell what exactly ) , bigger IC , Incjecion of methanol into intake manifold and you ve got 220 bhp

Then add a dry shot NOS kit to make it 275bhp (at least).

How much BHP/torque can you run before you have to do anything to engine internals on these diesels?

First thing to do before anything would be the clutch!
As it will slip!!!

"Understeer is when you hit the wall with the front of the car, Oversteer is when you hit the wall with the rear of the car, Horsepower is how fast you hit the wall and Torque is how much of the wall you take with you"
