Sams Z4M - Take 2

Recommended Posts

So, this was delivered at lunch. A quick check over and just drove it back to work. Fantastic noise and feel on the road, being a new toy, it seems to be 10 meters wide, I'm sure I'll get used to it!

56 Plate

50k miles

Black on black

DSP Stereo

Sat nav

Heated seats

Bluetooth

6 CD changer

cupholders

As I bought it from BMW themselves, I got a 12 month warranty & MOT. Full BMWSH. It's just had an inspection II as well as new OEM tyres and brakes all round. Hopefully the only thing I need to spend money on is petrol, and probably a lot of it.

(please ignore the weekend car in the background: pink smart)

Missus drove it back from our jolly to the pub. Scary stuff, her driving before you say it jay!

2nd gear, round a corner, full throttle. Was waiting for it to go.

Thanks guys. Off to the f1 in it tomorrow, perfect timing.

Wasn't too sure, wanted a blue or red, but the car is so sorted, colour took a back seat

Ask David Cameron!

It's not the most efficient car, so I pay more car tax, and tax on petrol because I use more.

Haha, is he? Or is he on one of his holidays? Didn't he have 6 weeks off last year?

I'd love some CSL's on it, but having just bought it, I'll hold off on spending any money yet.

I spotted that the rear brake light is cracked, a common problem. Will speak with the dealer who sold it me. It's a £100 part, and the crack isn't that bad ... yet.

It's also very dusty after parking in a field 2 days running, needs a good clean. What's best for this? Just keep running the hose on it? I daren't just take my mit to it, surely it'll just swirl it up?

I'd give it a full detail and get a good coat of wax on it. From then on you can rinse it down with ease as/when required?
