Sams Z4M - Take 2

Recommended Posts

So, this was delivered at lunch. A quick check over and just drove it back to work. Fantastic noise and feel on the road, being a new toy, it seems to be 10 meters wide, I'm sure I'll get used to it!

As I bought it from BMW themselves, I got a 12 month warranty & MOT. Full BMWSH. It's just had an inspection II as well as new OEM tyres and brakes all round. Hopefully the only thing I need to spend money on is petrol, and probably a lot of it.

(please ignore the weekend car in the background: pink smart)

Missus drove it back from our jolly to the pub. Scary stuff, her driving before you say it jay!

2nd gear, round a corner, full throttle. Was waiting for it to go.

Thanks guys. Off to the f1 in it tomorrow, perfect timing.

I'd love some CSL's on it, but having just bought it, I'll hold off on spending any money yet.

I spotted that the rear brake light is cracked, a common problem. Will speak with the dealer who sold it me. It's a £100 part, and the crack isn't that bad ... yet.

It's also very dusty after parking in a field 2 days running, needs a good clean. What's best for this? Just keep running the hose on it? I daren't just take my mit to it, surely it'll just swirl it up?
