chocka
Just wondering what's the most mileage anyone has out of a clutch on a 330D? Mine's still on original at 164K
TriggerFish
Slightly over 200k before mine was replaced
Daz 330 Cs
My Cs SSG had 127k when I sold it last year. It was still working fine.

chocka
Were any of these with re-mapped engines? Are they likely to burn out earlier with the extra torque exerted?
TriggerFish
Mine was mapped afterwards (I knew it was slipping, so held off the on map until it was replaced). So no, to answer the question. 200k at standard.
Nimraynn
I'm on 149k and I'm beginning to get suspicious of my clutch, but it's overall OK still. I get the odd time here and there where it seems to stall way too easily and sometimes where it just doesn't do what it should, so I suspect it's beginning to go, but thats not bad mileage in my opinion. Hopefully I won't own it long enough to find out, although by my mileage and commitments, I probably will

The worst thing for clutches on remapped dervs is booting it from low revs in a high gear.
