Ruesta
You've made some good progress with it mate. When I did my suspension I had to stand on the rear wishbone while trying to pull the spring out, I must have looked well silly but got them out and swapped in the end. Didn't think to use a jack in there! CJColl1986

CJColl1986
Okay Soooo This Happedned Last Night My Car Had A Wee So Now It's Time To See What's Going On As It Transpires, The Expansion Tank Has Cracked So Let's Start By Removing The Belly Pan And Drowning Myself With Coolant Then Removal Of The Cruise Control, Pink Air Filter Rest Of The Air Box And Very Easy Removal Of The Hoses Just A Note You Need To Remove 2 Hose Connectors On The Top Of The Expansion Tank The One Connector On The Housing On The Side Of The Block And 1 At The Bottom Of The Expansion Tank Also There's A Plug For The Sensor At The Bottom Of The Tank To Be Continued... CJColl1986
Now Lol... Just To Let You Know You Can Slide The Tank Upwards But This Involves Pulling It Out Of 2 Bungs / Sockets That May Still Have Coolant In Them Or Perished Seals But Here's Mine Trnspires The Crack Was Almost Invisable But Obviously Gives Out Under High Pressure So Got A Replacement And Had A Quick Coffee Natrually The Reassembley Is The Reversal, But Be Sure To Realy Push The Hoses Back On As They Will Blow Off (ha) Under Pressure And Now The Good Fun Of Bleeding The Cooling System After A Couple Of Bleeds And Drives The Coolant Level Light Went Out And All Seems Well... So Far Although On The Digital OBC Temp Gauage It Seems To Settle Around 98'C With The Heaters On And Around 110'C With The Climate Control And Air Conditioning On.. Is This Normal ? If Not, Where's The Next Place To Look ? Thermostat ? Air In The System ? Any Help Appriciated
