Welsh 320d
Hi guys, Just had a set of these off ebay with the built in resistor but they will not power up and the standard bulbs work fine? Have run power to them and they work, any ideas what could be up and have these type of bulbs been a problem in e46s before. Thanks

Welsh 320d
Would the standard bulbs not work then if contacts were corroded?
2clubsp
Yes, normally, but with much less current flowing it can make a difference.
RIZ
As above flip them around, led bulbs are polarity sensitive they only work one way unlike standard bulbs. Daz 330 Cs
Benji83
I don't know if this helps you but I bought some LED number plate bulbs and they came in a pack of 10. I obviously only need the two I've got in and a spare set, so I can post you a pair if you want? They're bright and have lasted me months without issues.
