But coupe's & convertibles have owned the saloons from day one and will always do so. It's like BMW designers, who ever they may be at that point in time, get to the edge of the front doors and then lose interest on 4 door models. Rich325(k22rsl) Posted July 11, 2011 Report Share Posted July 11, 2011 Not being biased towards the saloon as I have one, but through the years the 4 door has a better balanced chassis than it's two door counterparts, personally I love the lines of the saloon, best saloon on the Market whether it be new or old is the BMW, I'll probably get flamed for this oh well each to their own! VW Passat CC being, IMO, the best looking 4 door saloon on the market. Mercedes C/E both look better. Audi A4 looks far better.
