muly
From what I remember, Snowcat said that you need to change a setting in the LCM too, no dealer will do it but a knowledgeable indy should be able too. To get the coupe's rear to 1 touch ,you mod the switch and then you can programe them to close via the remote etc , i done my mates coupe, and he can lock the car via the remote and windows close and rears close, i used ncs expert to do the coding
Adhal
Can you provide details on how you mod the switches and the programming please for coupe's. Thanks Ad
Daz 330 Cs
It involves taking the rear switches to bits and chopping out part of the plastic, to enable the double click like the fronts I'll try & find the topic

marc l
Just read this topic and am very interested in getting my rear windows on my coupe to one touch close I imagine the hacking the switch part is easy following this guide http://forum.e46fanatics.com/showthread.php?t=783164&highlight=ncs+expert (same link as above from snowcat) Has anyone got any experience doing this mod? Is the the programming side just as easy? If i can do it i will do my own DIY and post it on here

naf536
Anyone got any pics of the switches taken apart and which bit to cut out ? The pictures in the link are dead.
bungers
No pics but it's really obvious when they're apart, there's a small piece of plastic that physically stops the switches from travelling the full movement. I just dremel'd them off. naf536

SpanneR
Don't have pics but for the coupe when you take the switch apart you cut a triangle shape into the plastic so te switch can make the second click
Davek318ci
Took the switches apart today and removed the offending part and now have second click on the rear switches...but the bloody windows still won't one touch close! I have tried the procedure at the start of this thread but still won't work, maybe I'm missing something and it is 40º+ in the car today so maybe I'm not concentrating :/ Has anyone else followed the procedure to success??? Or is it a coding issue???
Daz 330 Cs
Are they definitely reaching the double click like the fronts ?
SpanneR
I had to have mine coded for one touch also. There are two parts the switch and the coding. Like Daz said does the switch double click
Trevor
Defo needs coding after modding the switches. I used pa soft. Rear quarters one touch close both on the switches and via remote.
Daz 330 Cs
How long does it take to cut out that bit in the switches ? I soo want mine to close via the key, and one touch.
