Zim Posted May 11, 2013 Report Share Posted May 11, 2013 My car has a bit of an intermitant fault with stalling doesnt happen all the time usualy just when changing from forward to reverse or occaisionaly when coming to a stop then pulling away. At first it was just a bit embarrising as i thought it was me now its getting annoying. Iv had the air box of and checked the filter (which was new) iv cleaned and checked all the pipes forward and back of the box for dirt and splits cracks etc, iv even cleaned the Maf, The problem still persisits,, What do i look at next ? B0B Posted May 11, 2013 Report Share Posted May 11, 2013 Get the codes read/cleared to see if anything is stored. When my car has had stalling issues (only when the engine was warm though) It's turned out to be one of the cam sensors. In fact it was doing it intermittently this week and it stored a cam position sensor A fault, which is the exhaust side.
