Richie1985
That's good to know just lowered mine on eibachs but I don't think it's low enough so I'm looking towards coilovers now but at least I know I can go quite low Cheers Coilovers all the way, much better than lowering springs as you can adjust your height all the time. Sweet well ill get the springs whipped off n get them sold!!! Can I ask how it handles that low cause my mate reckons it will handle like a pig if I go lower than I have!! What's your verdict?? Cheers If you use your car every day or you drive in a big city than not the best idea to go for epic lows. As I said before I dont use my car very often and I drive 70% motorway 25% B road and maybe 5% city driving, but if you have coilover you can adjust your height every day.Sometimes I do twice a week only took 10-15mins. If I go up to London city center I always raise my car. Def a good idea to buy a coilover as you can play with the height as much as you want. I drive around towns n B roads mainly But where I live there sleeping policemen everywhere lol but I shall get some ordered and just play with the height till I'm satisfied Cheers for the help appreciated
Jollyjoiner
I'm suprised your not flooded with being so close to the sea. My mate has the Joan the wad shop I know that shop but I never benn there althought I have been living here more than 7 years. I have noticed that the name of the shop changed recently. Have you got any problems with the flood? I know he did have the shop and flat for sale, as he wanted to get out. No floods up here where I am, I also live have way up a hill so if we get flooded then some poor buggers will be 100ft under water lol

DEVIL 666
Cheers Ricky, I already read it a few times. I think 225/35 way to big for rear cos the et number is pretty low I want to try 215/35 and before the negativ camber I will do the arches as well. For the front 205/35 would be nice but I havent found that size Edited February 28, 2014 by DEVIL 666 RickyZ

He doesn't come on here much cos he has a e39 530 now and sold the coupe, but I know he had to get adjustable D2 rear arms and adjustable front top mounts, not sure on tyre sizes though I'll ask him next time I see him, also rear arch lip needs to be rolled Hope that helps a bit DEVIL 666

This is what I read on his thread: "The arches are standard all round on my car so I could probably run lower than I am or run less camber if they were rolled. The specs of the wheels are 8.5 x 19 ET14 on the front with 215/35’s and 9 x 19 ET18 on the rear with 225/35’s." Rear def needs 215/35,I had before (X5 front was 9J with 215/35) ,and the front should be fine with 205/35 but I haven't found in England only USA. I already ordered 215/35 for the rear, but I am still searching for 205/35 but nobody has that size in stock atm.
