X-Man Posted July 21, 2014 Report Share Posted July 21, 2014 (edited) With one of my MV1s buckled and another leaking air, I was on the lookout for some new wheels. I looked for MV1s & 2s but then stumbled upon these..... Genuine set of 131s with new tyres! At the moment they are set up as square with 245/45/18 all round so don't know whether to stick with those (they might rub?) or go OEM (225/255) staggered? The 245s will be 2.5% smaller so under read 0.8 at 30mph or 1.6 at 60mph which I think is acceptable Need some centres so any links to ones you've bought appreciated? Whaddya think? X-Man Posted July 24, 2014 Author Report Share Posted July 24, 2014 (edited) Fitted. Will probably need a 15mm spacer at the back and needs time to settle but well chuffed! Car is filthy and pics are off phone in bad light but it gives a good idea! Arches cleaned and calipers painted next! I suppose it would be a good time to mention that this little lot cost me £300 with the tyres [smug] Links to spacers appreciated. Cheers! I know what you mean, I find TCs a bit too 'in your face' but these are 18s so a bit more subtle The spokes on these are flush to the wheel whereas the TCs bow slightly near the edge They have a really nice dish on them.
