Singh
Great that you had a good time. Was it much better than recent years? Looks a bit thin on the ground....?
DJ Syxx
Turnout wasn't bad compared to the last time I went there, but they need to sort out the pricing as £18 is a bit of a rip off for what the show is.
Brettyboy
Was a great wknd not been to pod before & met a good few ppl As far as the e46zone stand goes it was all down to Jammo that made it happen, very disappointed with ppl that couldnt be bothered on here good job a few of us did make the effort to have a e46zone stand
jammo
I think the price was fair. Little bit steeper then last year but gaydon cost me £15 and I thought this was twice as good. There is always something going on to keep you busy. My only disappointment was the trade stools this year. But I think they should move it closer to the summer months though, might make it a bit more appealing for the people still sat on the fence! Was a good turn out of cars in general! Next year I'm definitely going with a purpose to use the strip!! Agree about the trade stools but have to disagree with you re: the pricing when you look at the other shows that have been on this year and value for money but horses for courses.Didn't take many but will get a few pics up soon. jammo
Wasn't that the same with santapod though regarding the pay in advance? I payed for the weekend at the gate £28 and payed £15 on the gate for gaydon. I personally felt justified paying the extra £13 considering that included camping and some decent entertainment on the strip until late Saturday night. But I did pay £20 for the weekend last year lol

The_Judge_
Having only been to two shows (Gaydon and UBMW) they were both great for different reasons. Gaydon definitely has loads more cars in all shapes and sizes, it literally was a feast for the eyes, beemers in many shapes with many different mods, in multiple stages of restoration and in some cases many stages of barry ! This show I could easily see a family enjoying the day out more if they weren't interested in just seeing loads of BMWs. There were less cars, but there was a lot more other stuff. Speed track, phenomenally loud jet car, curious incident of the regular every day mom getting into a pink and white car and doing the most ridiculously crazy spins, swerves and circuits. Also there were fun fair rides for kids, odd mixture of stands ( a lot more would have been nicer). Finally, the main thing was the chance to take your own car on either the race track, or the stunt timed circuit. Maybe next year I'll have the guts to do one myself - credit to Pirate for braving it, several times! I almost walked out of the show with red leather seats and door trims (and having a potential repair bill from shredding the car on the strip). Instead, had a great day out, had chicken curry and rice freshly made in front of me (!) and saw some crazy examples of speed. Overall, not bad, bi of fun, oh an met some zoners too jammo
