The show usually starts at 10am but the organisers typically want people on the stands to be there at 8-8.30am (early!). From what I remember, even at 8am, there are queues to get into the event. I'm coming up from the M40, my intended route is to stick to the previous one used meeting other M40 people along the way. If it makes sense for you to come up the M40 this route pick the service station that works, otherwise we all meet at the event. So this is my plan roughly: 06:30 - I'll be at Shell Petrol Station – Greenford Road, Greenford Postcode: UB6 8QQ 06:45 Leave Shell Garage 07.35-07:45ish - Reach Moto Cherwell Valley Services, OX27 7RD 08.00-08:10ish - Reach the venue, CV35 0BJ https://goo.gl/maps/FSERAKxeUBB2 I was thinking of adding a 7.20 stop at Wheatley Services on the M40 but I've decided to skip it, happy to add it back in if anyone has a preference. For the South Wales/Bristol gang I imagine you guys will want to form a mini convoy via the M5 and meet us at the event? Gaz/Poptart, we'll see you at the event, Mk2Majik you too I guess, I'lll share my number by PM. Passes are £14.50, I'll take payment and post these once I receive them, if it's ok with everyone I'll charge a bit extra for postage. Looking back at previous threads they only posted tickets about 5 days before the event so we have time. Current List - let me know if I've missed anyone. There's an ASDA about 2 minutes away that has really cheap fuel (relative to everywhere else anyway), so I'll likely swing by that on the way regardless.
