They havnt even had the finished item at the development stage. Something tells me you will be waiting until you have two arse holes before this package arrives... Surely there should be dates set in stone, and also pre release information and reviews?? Thats a lot of money to part with for a promise is it not? There seems to be a lot of people on here saying that a sample is on its way but when i spoke to Dynavins apparenly SOLE UK DISTRIBUTOR he couldnt tell me if the sky was blue let alone what dates or prices he would be selling them for... Once a good review, some decent pictures of the working unit and proper set in stone prices come out im not game...i will be though once all that has been covered... sorry for the rant, just didnt want forum people to be dissapointed because they are waiting for time to get something.... matty w Posted December 22, 2009 Report Share Posted December 22, 2009 well i emailed dynavin after reading on here that they havnt been released etc to see if that tradeline selling them on ebay is even a distributer and heres the reply Hello Wilson I know of tradeline in ebay but he is not our distributor,and i am sure he don't have the E46 in stock.and will not get E46 unit in the future. I have sent email to him to warm him.but he still are selling it online please withdraw your money and give him a negative feedback,and ask all the buyer not buy from them. we have a germany distributor in Karlsruhe.and his information is in our website thank you Fei Miao well looks like ebay man is a crook i've contacted paypal and ebay today to inform them that he probably doesnt even have the units and so far he hasnt replied to paypal regarding the claim in which case they will just return the money to me,so it looks like i might be in on the group buy now Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

DJ Syxx Posted December 28, 2009 Report Share Posted December 28, 2009 I remember having to do this a few years back when I paid for something on ebay and didn't get any response from the seller had to go through paypal to log a dispute as well as my credit card company. I know but when you sell something the funds wont clear in your account until you either get good feedback or a certain amount of time has passed (cnt remember howlong) without a dispute. Stupid rule really because if someone forgets to leave feedback you can be waiting ages for funds to clear for something you've sold. But on the plus side this fraudster wont have got a penny. Just think that bloke had such a great christmas will his countless £650 payloads....maybe he bought himself one of these units in the process for his car? I bet he did.... Surely it should have contact and addres details on ebay......go round and put his teeth down the back of his throat.
