Hi all,

I'm 25, from High Wycombe and currently own a pre-facelift 330ci M sport and estoril blue 330ci Clubsport.

I have previously owned a pre-facelift 325ci M Sport.

I now want to move up the ranks and buy a nice E46 M3 ready for the summer.

Since when did BMW Coupe's have legroom in the back? ^_^

Welcome!

Nice engine!

Unfortunately the previous owner removed the engine and I want to return the car to stock so a high comp M20B25 will go in soon.

Long term plan is to do full restoration on the car.

Ah I see, I actually prefer the correct period engines.

Will you be doing the resto your self?

Unfortunately I've never done any sort of resto before so it will be a learning curve. I'm on E30zone and have a few people in mind to do all the major work. The car itself has covered 80k and been garaged more or less by the previous owner for 10 years.

Hi, I'm Greg, I'm 20 and on my second BM. I've got a 318 convertible in ferrari blue and last September got myself 330 convertible and got it resprayed in ford electric orange. I still have the 318 sitting in my drive waiting till I get time to sell it. Why the change? More power of course. And a great sound of the 6 cylinder engine post-34257-0-05766000-1426203832_thumb.jpost-34257-0-49403700-1426204081_thumb.j

I still do prefer the blue one myself but only got orange as I wanted something different. I would defo go blue again. Wheels wise, an idea in the future is to spray the centers orange and the dishes black.

Yeah, or colour code them black bits :)

Since the roof is black, the main point was to give the extra black on the car all round, including the diffuser in gloss black. But I understand what you mean, I'm not a fan of colour coding really but only if a car has that black plastic panels
