The lastdon Posted September 11, 2013 Report Share Posted September 11, 2013 Hey peeps. I am wanting to upgrade my sounds so I've been looking for a head unit for my 2003 e46. I used to be clued up on all the gadgets but I seem to be out of touch. 1 din, 2din, Bluetooth GPS and even Internet available I don't know where to start. Lol Now am told u can't just buy anything for the e46 because of fitment problems. So I was wondering if some of you could post details of what u have in yours and give me a few options to look at. I defo need GPS A non flip out screen(where the problem starts) Some sort of hands free as it will be takin place over my parrot. Most of my music is streamed from my iPhone. If I could have my apps come up on screen that would be great if anything like that exists. And if possible I'd like to keep use of the steering wheel controls. The very latest route is to fit a 7 inch Android Tablet along with some high quality premium brand audio processing capabilities/units. Have a read up to evaluate what you'd like to achieve and then choose the route which best suits you, your requirements, your budget and your expected quality increase!!
