Mk2majik
Hi guys,I've got a 2002 saloon, rear arches rolled lowered with 9.5x19 et 40 and 5 mm spacers,it's rubbing when going over bumps,is there any tips to modifying bumper clips?ive heard of it being done but not sure exactly how,I know I could remove spacers but love the look with them fitted, cheers guys
momo
Remove spacers, go for narrower tyres or fit camber adjustment arms and tuck the top in more.
Mk2majik
I'm already running 235/35 on a 9.5 rim,the rubbing is ever so slight it hasn't put a groove in the tyre just a faint mark,I'll remove wheels later and see if I can find what needs trimming back a little,my only concern is knackering the clip and the bumper not being held in place.thanks for reply👍🏻
Daz 330 Cs
If you're already running ET35 on a 9.5J rear and it rubs you'll need to get the arches rolled. That'll cure it
