Its also worth pointing out that this guy is a mobile business only but will fit anywhere in the UK apparently, he charges £49.99 per hour to fit but did tell me that in his demo fitting it took under an hour. I understand from a phone call yesterday that he has 15 units due in any day now (at call yesterday 7 were already reserved) and another 25 due in around 30 days. I know that people on this site have them reserved, if they are delivered/fitted ok (reports please !!) then i would assume that those 25 will quite quickly get snapped up ! It looks great to me, i'd like a report from someone who actually has it fitted if possible, also it says the sat nav is on sd card does this mean it'll take tomtom? anyone know? As with the Dynavin this is a WinCE device so it will be able to run TomTom, you'll need a specific version of TomTom but it should be doable, check out the Dynavin forums for some background Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
paulfoley30 Posted May 5, 2010 Report Share Posted May 5, 2010 Well I ordered mine this morning, just incase the price starts going up as its very good at the moment IMO, I'll give a write up when it arrives, they're out of stock at the moment but only becausee of the ash cloud, they're expecting them in any time now . They have a batch of 12 coming in, and I believe I got number 8, so because of that I didn't wait for the group buy good luck with it though! Does nobody learn from mistakes anymore? I'm gona give it atleast 6 months then re-asess all the options out there after people have spent some time returning faulty units and bug finding for me. And Dan if the price of this unit goes up like the dynavin then again it becomes the same price as other options, either oem or large car audio manufacturers and people will simply not buy it, I cant see it going up like the dynavin anyway tbh.
