dab123456 Posted March 3, 2011 Report Share Posted March 3, 2011 Hi, just a word of warning when adjusting the alen screw on drivers side UK, it is left hand thread, Loosen using alen key by turning clockwise 3/4 of aturn should do, then move the allen towards up and tighten by turning anti-clockwise. If you where unlucky like me and the screw drops into door, follow this procedure. Remove door card as in this video. To fish out screw from inside the door, I used a magnet (taped) attached to bbq fork for long reach (or use coat hanger the same way) you will also need a torch. When you have found the allen screw. What you then need to do is tape the allen screw to the allen key. You then need to feed the allen key through the inside of the door and through the adjustment hole. You then need to feel around, after a while you will be able to locate the hole with the allen screw, remember turn the alen key anti clockwise to catch the tread and tighten. You will now have to remove the tape and remove allen key. Hope this helps. I guarantee you will not make this mistake again. Regards Dave.
