Few Of Mine From The Weekend :d

Recommended Posts

The people in the back aid traction :D

haha rear traction was a little bit of a problem at times :P I must say a lot of the smoke was intentional though! Wish I had fitted some cheap types for the day! used around 3mm off my prada's in an hour :/

Looked like good fun

It was an amazing day! going to try set one up myself, £10 per car for unlimited runs from 8am-6pm :) will put info on here if it can be sorted!

Your car sits really well. Are they 18s or 19s?

Thanks mate, there 18s :)

Wow £10? Fookin bargain!

Yeah, its because all money was for charity and not for people trying to make a fortune! such a good time, maybe the forum should set one up, its a brilliant way to meet everyone, people were letting anyone drive each others cars the lot!

it was in Pershore just a few miles from Worcester, it's a JPOC (Japanese performance owners club) day but anyone could attend, they do it once a year. Im already trying to contact the owner of the land to see if any more could be set up for other clubs etc

That looks like great fun! I'd definitely be interested in a run if you manage to set anything up! I've been trying to sort out an airfield day for ages but most places want hundreds per car :o

I was there! I used to run the club with Noel but stepped down a couple months ago cos haven't got the time to commit at the minute. We've ran Race Wars for about 5 years now, it's a charity event and we've got a good relationship with the land owner. It tends to be a once a year thing... TWICE AT THE MOST. He gets too many complaints from locals. We had the police turn up questioning what was going on and they had received complaints but after explaining we had land owner permission and it was for charity he was happy to leave us to it.

This year was the quietest year, usually a solid 50 cars racing but I think a few bailed because of the weather surrounding the day they thought it might of been a wash out. Weather held off and it was a good day.

All of this years money will be going to the Air Ambulance.
