fraserjaxx
I have owned my 2004 320D saloon for about 3 months now and I am well happy with it. I am also really happy to find this site. My car does not have the mirrors that you can electronically fold back and they appear to be very rigid. Not wanting to break them I have not really pushed them too far so my question is are they fixed in one position or can I manually fold them in ? If I can't how big a job is it to replace them? From what I gather it would involve changing the switch thingy on the driver's door and obviously the mirrors themselves but would all the wiring be there already? Apologies if this has been covered before but I was unable to find anything.
Daz 330 Cs
The mirrors can be manually twisted up or down, mine are up in my sig below. Oh welcome to the Zone too Edited September 24, 2012 by Daz 330 Cs
Chimp Choker
Manual fold as above. If you want powerfolds. It depends on what options are fitted to your car and age as there are different types. Do you have memory seats? B0B
They fold in on the saloon though, your manual fold ones are probably just stiff. sye01
