Dr T Posted April 4, 2013 Report Share Posted April 4, 2013 I noticed a while ago that topics i start dont show the number of views until i post in them again no mater how many times I refresh or log in and back out again. For example my build thread shows as 12,801 views at the moment, can anybody else go to page 3 of the photos section and see how many views its had? I reckon if i make a post i there and then come back out that number will jump up to include all the views since i last posted. Sam Posted April 17, 2013 Report Share Posted April 17, 2013 I've just had word back on this. The default is that the "number of views" is updated every 3 hours. It's been like this since day one. I've also done a test and posted a topic, which updates once someone replied. Is this still an issue? I'd rather not turn on "auto update" as it'll put massive load on the servers.
