Edd83
Can you get a pair of mole grips or mini stilson's round the bolt?
Rebel
try hammering a torx socket into the head to make it grip This or use an impact driver. The force of the blow (from the hammer) should be enough to create a sufficient indentation into the bolt head and twist it loose.
nhmusicman
Good thinking, but that not biting either and the external threading isn't grippy enough for my pliers to grip. Edited July 28, 2013 by nhmusicman
mo_bhaiyat
Cut a slot in the head of the bolt using a saw and use a flat head screwdriver if possible singh41 and momo

nhmusicman
try hammering a torx socket into the head to make it grip It worked! Many thanks..... Only hope the clean up will get rid of all he dash warning lights! Assumed it was front wheels only causing the error as only recently changed the disks and pads there. Dee330Ci
From my days of Peugeot ownership, I invested in these things designed for removing rounded bolts (forgotten the damn name of them!) and they've proved themselves bloody helpful! Only cost £15 or from machine mart.

ian332isport
Doh.... The poxy warning lights still haven't gone out! Are you getting the DSC/Handbrake light combo ? If it's not the wheel speed sensors, it's probably one of the DSC pressure sensors on the master cylinder. A diagnostic session would confirm though. When mine was intermittent, even jacking the car up could cause it to show the error for a while. I assume it was just coincidence though. Ian.
