Pastychamp Posted July 6, 2022 Report Share Posted July 6, 2022 (edited) Hi all. I have a 320ci auto on a 51 plate. Today I lost drive. Couldn't move. No accelerator, like it was selecting the wrong gear . Switched off, waited and it came back a little. I was stuck on a hill. waited, transmission came back enough to maneuver a turn but had to roll to the bottom. At the bottom, tried it again and got full drive enough to get it home normally. Tried it later. Good to the local shop but failed within 1 mile. Don't trust it now. Just wonder if any gurus out there know what can be wrong, other than gearbox fail. I'm thinking solenoids, but how do I check please? Hopefully someone is familiar with this head scratcher. Cheers now.
