So someones was suppose to pay me £100 via paypal Its been a few hour now and still hasnt hit my account. not even saying the transaction is being processed or anything, it looks like nothing ever happened. The guys claiming he used paypal for the first time but at the same time hes got 197 positive feedbacks on eBay so clearly he had used PayPal many times before . Is there anything i can do at this point ?
