Aly
Gotta love the Vtec, my mate has An ATR (Accord T-ype R) and loves it! But the build quality just aint there, drop the Dark Knight a pm, he sold his E46 for one of these, but ended up going back to an E46!!!
Aly
I believe the older one is also better! And faster
zimzimmer46
I believe the older one is also better! And faster yeah it is. The new one has about 20hp more but about half n ton more in weight. Think it was either top gear or 5th gear that tested em.
KSG
Was that a private seller? My mates dad bought a brand new type-r and had to go on a performance car driving day (supplied by honda) to make sure he could handle the car LOL

Its a choice between 330ci or type R Kind of leaning towards the civic because the 330 will be the same as what I already have (apart from the engine)
autosri
Civic and the itegra both in type r and in White are the only Hondas I would own and could possably afford

simonlpearce
The fact the engine is about 5cm from your head also helps
Conor
Type R's are ok nice little hot hatch but if you have the choice between one of them and a 330ci ....dude there is no comparison! BM everytime. Whatever you choose I hope you enjoy driving it though.
simonlpearce
I think a Type R is the sort of car you would keep for a year and then get rid of where as a 330 is a keeper for 2-3 years +.
Conor
Totally agree mate. More of an inbetweenie car not a keeper!
