Gaz
Looks like an empty road so thumbs up from me I'd love to go on a drifting day. Would be too scared in my car though. Is it just the tyres drifting is bad for or suspension etc...?
Frobius
I'm pretty sure the whole car hates it.

gricey
looks well controlled and nice n quiet area , santa pod drift what you brung day , im well up for it , wont damage anything else as long as your not bouncing it off the limiter everywhere , just need a rubbish set of wheels and some wedge for petrol and tyres , i am going purely so that when my car does step out im more prepared to controll it , i mean id class myself as a good driver , have my class 2 and motorcycle and am no stranger to adverse weather etc , but the more i can do to prepare myself the better , could be a club event? suhail97
Have to admit that was quite impressive, but you've always got to think of the worst case scenario of another car coming and can't brake in time etc - so I will never do that. You can learn to drift at Merc world in their cars or your own, i think....
Cwality83
Good effort. I have to admit i have tried it once my BMW, but without an LSD, i couldnt hold it and get a clean exit at all, and i havent bothered trying again since. My old 350z and S2000 were best at that, but i know M Power cars do it well.

AdDaMan
As with everything, practice makes perfect. Its only in the dry when the car hates it its hars on bushes and joints etc aswell as the tyres but in the wet its all good. Doesnt really strain anything at all and its pretty easy on the tyres too. That was in undustrial estate in the middle of nowhere with no cars for miles.
momo
Silly man. I'm sorry but +1 I know it was an empty industrial estate and you plainly know what you are doing etc.. However fore I find it irresponsible to video yourself doing it and posting it online like this.. What if an inexperienced driver sees this and thinks "lemme go try this"! Only he's not as good a driver as you and he's not quite as considerate as you and tries this on the busiest roundabout near him, loses control and ends up going through a family of shoppers? Yes it's an extreme example but it happens! Save that type of driving for the track!
Rob-
What if an inexperienced driver sees this and thinks "lemme go try this"! On that logic there would be no horror genre in cinemas in case someone thought about acting out the same? Films like Bullet, Gone in 60 seconds, Fast and Furious etc etc would also need banning. If Someone is stupid enough to copy this in daylight with other people about with no experience then they shouldn't have a licence. Not the fault of the maker of the video IMHO
n1k_ns
I dont think the OP is actually the driver of the car though is he? He just uploaded it?
momo
Im not trying to have a go at the OP (Sorry if you took it that way). My problem is when someone videos things like this and then posts them online. I know what you're saying Rob and I totally agree with you - problem is that is doesn't stop some bell-end trying to blame "something they saw on the internet". Personally I think because of those damn fools we should be a little more careful with what we share online. Especially on a nice forum like the Zone! Rob-
Fair do's. Maybe 'Do not try this at home' should be added.
hughes330d
Stuff like that is a nightly event over here. Rear wheel drive cars with LSD go for big money. *Not my video might i add! just one filmed here.

Daz 330 Cs
Fair do's. Maybe 'Do not try this at home' should be added. Jorge-
Another one for - its the only reason I really bought a BMW. Large empty carparks and roundabouts are fun. This on the other hand is stupidly insane, but so awesome at the same time. (as the title says)
