I explained that I don't mind paying providing I get a refund if the engineer says the box is fine. They said this was not possible so I asked to cancel my contract so we could take out a new one in the mrs name. That way we get a free box under warranty and a free engineer visit. Obviously I didn't expect comedy central programs to be as good as other HD channels, but even BBC etc didn't seem as clear as before. The clearest HD channel we are getting at the moment is the first Asian HD channel. It's even better than Sky Movies!
