RickyZ
Maybe it was a mod, it is technically breaking the rules and I have been warned (unofficially) about it before
Sam
What are you doing? Creating several ads for the same thing? Yes, they'll be deleted, as its not fair on everyone else. Or, they'll end up doing the same. Maybe you could explain your issue rather than moaning like a child about it. I also can't see any ad's written by you that have been reported recently. Gaz
I had the report come to me directly so I hide your topic and PM'd you about it. We've done the same with other duplicate for sale ads we've had, so it's not fair to treat you differently than others. I will say though, I'm on the side of allowing bumps for 'for sale' threads. Once they've gone off the first page people generally wont see them I reckon so bumps are useful. Jay. and Rich_D
Digitalize
No bumping seems a little odd, yeah not every day but once a week or so to remind people it's still for sale? Jay.

Gaz
What are you doing? Ignoring everyone's requests as per usual hence creating the same advert over & over. To be fair to Sam, I think the majority agreed with the new for sale rules when posted originally.

Jay.
Is it not like market research though? Tried & tested methods? sam did receive good feedback regarding locking topics but as months go by the same old suggestion keeps getting put forward, i think the majority are in agreement that a member can bump his or her own posts on a weeky basis? Yes, and now the issue has been mentioned I'd hope Sam takes it on board and changes it if he sees fit. This isn't the first time you've made a duplicate thread for that same item remember. You should have made a topic the first time I PM'd you about it saying how you don't like the way the for sale threads work instead of just making another topic (the 3rd one) for that item. B0B
Jamie, why don't you put a link to the ad in your signature, then every time you post it's like a wee bump? Edited June 7, 2013 by B0B Blair, sive s, Jay. and 1 other

Gaz, i think Blair was being slightly sarcastic I do agree with the bumping maybe once a week. The problem we had before though, it was a lot more frequent than weekly, hence the change Edited June 7, 2013 by Daz 330 Cs Jay. and Blair

JimmyJames
It's a pain you can't reply to the for sale threads. Takes ages for some members to get back to you via pm and at least replying on the thread itself would allow a prospective buyer to show interest in an item. B0B
No to bumping, yes to replying. The trouble with replying is that people feel the need to tell the op that they dont like what they are selling or they tell them they are too dear etc. Never with any intention of buying what is for sale. Most of the old ads were having to be constantly cleaned up by the mods Daz 330 Cs
