TriggerFish
Hi all, After a crap start to the day I jumped in the car to head to work and the airbag light stayed on. I restarted the car but it was still there, so I ran inside to grab my laptop to scan it later. When I got near to work I scanned the car and it said passenger side pretensioner was the cause. Cleared it, but the light stayed on (didn't have enough battery to dig into it further). Looking on eBay, the parts are cheap enough and should be easy to fit, but there are several different versions listed. I've looked on RealOEM and haven't confirmed much. Does anyone know if they're interchangeable both year-to-year and body type-to-body type? I'm guessing they are, as my seats are out of a car two years newer than mine and they work(ed!) fine, and I've never seen anyone mention seat age as an issue when swapping interiors. Cheers! starkie7
I haven't been able to find an answer to this when I needed it but I do know they don't all match as my electric coupe seat belt tensioner wasn't happy in the manual spec touring.
