She's been stuck in a showroom since Nov 2002 until i saw her and made an offer to the sales manager. Since then she's been giving me much driving pleasure and a few headaches as well when it comes to the transmission . Overall i' a happy owner. Cars are very expensive here in my country .. Thanks very much well the reason why it was in the showroom for so long cos the price was set too high and the bad reputation of the SSG gearbox drove people away ... While i was searching for my next ride (then) i came on an old archive thread dated 2005 where forummers was discussing my very car lol So i took a chance and went visit the said showroom ... lo and behold she was there ... tis was love at first sight lol. Took a bit of persuasion and tactics to convinced the sales manager to let it go at a discount ... I noticed You guys have some pretty good forums in KL....you'll have to plan a trip over here...maybe you can attend one of the BMW shows in summer....??? Yes there are quite a few BMW forums in KL i'm a active member in several of them, www.contilovers.com, www.bmwclubofmalaysia.com is among them .. i'll post some pics later on ... And i miss UK a lot ... my sister lives in willesden green and i used to stay in london like 7 1/2 studying and working.
