dooge Posted August 30, 2015 Report Share Posted August 30, 2015 Everyone, meet Denzil! 330cd M sport, 93k, manual, factory xenons, satnav, Harman Kardon, tv tuner, full dealer service stamped book, good price and awesome colour! It has a few issues: -Needs new thermostats as barely gets out of the blue area, will get belts changed at same time. -Swirl flaps need blanking. -Needs a service. -Front seats are quite worn for mileage. -Bonnet and wings are very stone chipped. -Windscreen is heavily stone chipped and worn. The car has also had a small shunt, the bumper, radiator, air con radiator and fan are all new and the tabs on the headlights have been repaired. A few questions: I have blanked the swirl flaps on my 320cd, how much harder is it on the 330cd? Im thinking in terms of space, getting to the electrical connections, etc. I have adjusted the headlights using the allen key adjustment on the top but they are still quite low. Any other way to adjust this? This may be because of the broken tabs so may have to get something made up. Otherwise everything works, bodywork is solid and very tidy other than stonechips, has had 4 new tyres, new discs, pads and rear shocks as well. Given that and the interior wear have you looked up the MOT history and checked the mileage is legitimate? I haven't, its gone through a basic HPI check which didnt disclose anything. Only annoyance I found out tonight is that the offside headlamp is broken, the insides wobble about inside! I am hoping to fix it myself at some point however I know that genuine Xenons arnt cheap to replace. At the same time it will give me an excuse to put in angel eyes!
