Without going into details there was an issue with the springs.He sorted out the problem straight away and gave me a part refund for the value of the springs. Couldn't fault him from this point of view as it was dealt with very quickly and easily and he was really good with packing and waiting for my courier etc. Would be happy to recommend him and will have no problem buying from him again. Drill the plastic bonds out the back & use extra strong glue gun sticks to re attach! i also used some gclamps to hold the leather parts to the doorcard while the glue dried!
