momo
If it's convertible it'll be a 204bhp model. As you've already had a remap I wouldn't expect much more than 260bhp after those parts are fitted. You need to get the remap AFTER the parts are fitted to get the most out of them. It's mainly the torque that causes the clutch to slip - that depends on the tuner but at 260bhp you should be around the 400lb/ft mark or just over. I remember a member with a black saloon on here had his up to 280bhp on the standard clutch but I seem to recall him going through them relatively quickly (he liked to drive quick.. lol). I think others have gotten up to 300bhp on the stock clutch but as before - be prepared to change them a little more frequently.
TriggerFish
The above comment about gains after napping after the other mods would be more accurate for a custom map. I doubt a generic one would see any difference in order fitted
Scottfreee3
I have a thread here on a single mass flywheel which discribes the progressive upgrades and tunes a had and what parts required replacement at each stage.
Leve
This is great guys thanks yes mine is the 204 hp version i brought the car as a project but I'm starting to get carried away I got my remap done by a company called bw chip tune in Hayes fellas name is Jason they specialise in bmw. But I did not go on dyno machine. So this time with the upgrading parts the car will probably go back to get it done properly to get the best out of cooler and down pipe. I'll keep u updated I've got some one fitting all the bits Friday can't wait. momo
