Cannockwolf's Supercharged 330ci in Laguna Seca Blue

Just drive the bloody thing like you've stole it and enjoy,you never know when it's not going to be there,

I've had a look at a couple of modified m5,s running 600bhp without blowers superb but cars too big that engine in something smaller would be amazing.

Also had a run in a supercharged 370z a very chuckable coupe and comfy with a lot of tech and then that leaves a 135 coupe add some basic mods 420 bhp we shall see,

Keeping myself sane finishing buggy engine.

The noise from that V10 is insane. Bet that would scare some pedestrians out on the road!

He's got a bypass system installed so it makes it a straight through pipe at a click of a switch, I'd want to keep it to a stock sound of it could

Quaife LSD being fitted monday with Scottfrees poly bushes.

Im postponing the subframe reinforcement till winter after forking out a grand for the turbo on the bus, plus i want to sort my exhaust out, theres a ticking coming from the manifold so it sounds like theres a small hole in it plus the rear section that goes around the spare wheel well can catch on speed humps so i may get that looked at.

mean while as the weather has got hotter in a morning the startup has got rough, now i now the aggressive cams make startup bad but as the weather has got warmer its gotten worse, Ive emailed ESS a week ago and they havent bothered to respond so ill try them again, heres a video

You can here it stutter on using the accelerator and a couple of times it took two attempts to start it, by the end of the video the car runs absolutely fine no issues plus there are no codes

mine starts rough about 2 seconds to settle and bogs down for first min or so if you pull away too quick then fine.

After alot of research it seems people blame fuel pressure drop over night due to weeping injectors but some have changed injectors and fault still present or vacuum leaks which don't seem to solve problem I think it is cold start fueling map before lambda sensors start to adjust fueling in closed loop operation.

me and the mechanic thought it may be down to fuelling on the cold ecu map, ess didnt even reply when i asked, at least im not the only one and it does drive sweet as a nut soon after, really enjoyed driving it this last week

I tried ess about mine and they basically told me it was normal and I have read a lot of posts on American forums of people with same problems and no solution. I am trying to find someone in uk that can map the standard ecu so I can get custom map which may fix this fault but also I want to mess about with pulley sizes as some American lads had very good results on std engine with cams and more boost than ess ts2+ with custom map to suit.

id be interested in what you find out pal if you do get some info, I've been thinking about getting a custom map too, not saying the existing one is bad however you can't get better than one tailored to your car I suppose

8 Luftmassenmesser -> infrequent failure of the MAF and the fault is emisson relevant

My car is now a fully working donut making machine :D

just picked up the car from it's second home after having the quaife LSD equipped diff fitted, tried a few gentle slides on some empty roundabouts to make sure i wasn't ripped off lol had to be very gentle though my last three cars have had open diffs, well out of practice!!

the diff is silent, not tried reverse turning yet, it gives a little more with dsc on, and is very responsive to the throttle when you ease off

I now have a full original final drive to sell if you want to do a quaife install with birds without having to go there, my garage charged 3 hours but they had to swap the unit over, they had to swap the drive flanges over even though it was the same part number bought from quarry motors :S

cheers bud, the maf may be a map problem which im looking into, i got the garage to look at the fan and everything seemed fine, so ill have to keep a check on that
