Cannockwolf
ive got some instructions for wiring that up that P3 dont give you unless you ask!, my chap struggled to get it registering any reading until he was given this info You will want to use the BROWN wire on the gauge, and hook it to the "wideband linear output" from the PLX... this is not the same wire that runs to the gauge supplied with it, you can use the gray wire that came with the AFR controller and connect it to the BOTTOM RIGHT pin on the ANALOG output section that has a 4 pin connector. You will want to put a voltmeter between this wire and ground, and see that it is reading around 2.4 volts at idle to verify your PLX is outputting the proper signal for AFR. Then use the following settings. A1.y - analog 1 enable A1.DP, 2 decimal points, 99.99 A1.Lo, 10.00 A1.Hi, 20.00 A1.bL 10.00 A1.bH 20.00 That should get you going. Once again, you will want to confirm that the wire you have running to the gauge is actually outputting around 2.4v (measuring between the wire from your PLX and ground) with minimal fluctuations at idle, otherwise there is no signal for the gauge to read, which means it will just dance around randomly as you saw... which is what it does if the circuit is open, nothing connected. Let me know if you have any other issues! Edited June 21, 2014 by Cannockwolf

Jim27
Decided to buy a dual channel (front and rear) dashcam, more against vandalism / car parking damage than a traffic collision especially after what happened to gaz(?) with the paint, as there are some jealous f**kers around and my car is going to shout out look at me when its finished in LSB. £120 from the states. http://youtu.be/RN_-OszjLKg You got a link to the ebay listing? Been thinking I could do with a dash cam as have had some very close calls in recent months which weren't my fault but would've left me screwed if they'd gone pear-shaped. Can see the Blacksys kit but the cheapest 2 channel (front and rear) kit I can find is £150+

Cannockwolf
After a lot of help from DJ Syxx, thanks bud, I have found out why the original leather sample looked too dark, it's because it is a E9x Cinnamon, I was unaware they had changed the colour after the E46, so to make sure I grabbed a bunch of samples from UK Auto Hide sent them to DJ Syxx and have settled on this colour 'Prima Nappa 1391b, which is extremely close to the correct colour plus it's a Nappa leather and so higher quality.
