Zim
So iv got these ugly ass M3 reps on my car not because i liked them but because i needed something with rubber that didnt have cracks like the Mv2's that came with the car. Cant afford to change them eg buy another set at the mo as im spending a small fortune just trying to get her back on the road. So my question is really a matter of opinion what would you do i have a load of sprays so could refurb them as they are in bad shape ,, but i also have them up for swaps aswell i have been offered a set of style 32 17" powder coated black but the tyres are close to the limit where as these have decent enough tyres all be it budget. Worth saying i have coilovers so car can go lower to hide the gap a bit.. Edited February 9, 2014 by Zim
TriggerFish
If those tyres are good, and the style 32s aren't, and money is an issue, keep yours, definalty. If you've got the stuff to refurb them already, then a quick spray would be good, but otherwise spend the money were it's more urgently needed IMO. Zim
Pretty much what iv been thinking anyway just tempted by the 32's as i love em lol Iv got some choices as far as colours go; black, silver, or gunmetal all of which i have in my paint arsenal. At present they are in shadow chrome but the previous owner clearly liked curbs , shame as they are a nice shade against the silver of the car. sive s and Seb
StuBeeDoo
Don't go darker than gunmetal. Black alloys are pony. Mr Xen, CharlE46, TriggerFish and 1 other

Carlosos
Swap with 32's and do your best to save and get some new rubber 4 new decent ish budgets for around £200. Most reps are crap and if these 32's are in good condition it's a good deal.

Daz 330 Cs
I agree with the majority, refurb those. It's pointless to swap for a set of 32s with knackered tyres, that would be retarded, plus 17s on an E46 look crap anyway.

Carlosos
Get rid, in the long run cruddy m3 reps on a loon is more ghey than style 32's in black. No contest. Nothing wrong with 17's, well maybe to folk trying to compensate. StuBeeDoo
