The_Judge_ Posted April 15, 2014 Report Share Posted April 15, 2014 So my car has one, it was there when I bought it, I have no idea if it had it from new or was added later, but it has faded and someone took the 'd' off so clearly someone did make other changes..... So, i kind of feel a bit like a cheat, did 330D Sports' have them on from factory? I've got 'M' trim everywhere else on the car which I presume is genuine, so did BMW feel the car earned the right to the badge ? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I've seen many people use a hair dryer? Gently warm the panel with a heat gun or hair dryer, then use dental floss to separate the badge from the boot lid. You'll find some of the adhesive will still be stuck to the panel but you can usually get it off by rubbing it with a finger or thumb. You'll get little ones on the wheels, steering wheel, door sills, gearknob etc though.
